Heal Within was founded by Linda Culleton in 2016 aiming to provide powerful natural Heal Within OCD & Anxiety Treatment for people suffering with OCD and Anxiety. Linda Culleton is an expert in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety and has worked with high profile clients nationally and Internationally. Linda’s approach focuses on healing the root cause of the issue not just the symptoms as that is where life transformations take place.

She is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor , Breathwork facilitator, Kids yoga teacher and is passionate about empowering people with life skills and tools to live a healthy and happy life. Linda is an Author of “My Gratitude Journal for Kids” – A 26 week Gratitude Journal focusing on teaching life skills to kids at a young age via mindfulness, yoga and interactive games. What I like about yoga is that it makes me feel relaxed, sleepy and calm. I love the song I am happy I am good. My favourite part is when we get to lie down with a blanket over us. It is very relaxing, I feel like falling asleep. I would like to do yoga every week.
